Unless otherwise agreed in a specific client contract:

• We own the rights to the branding, logo, text, and design of this website.
• Once a client project is fully paid for, the client owns the custom code and assets created specifically for their project. We do not believe in holding your work hostage.

4. Limitation of Liability

We build our websites and tools to the best of our abilities, but we provide our website and services "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, our software, or our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Navajo County, Arizona.
